chest cold - 08:15 AM
i had such a boring day yesterday. it was one of those days which just dragged & dragged.
i've had a cold for about a week & it's moved into my chest so i've been coughing up a storm lately. yesterday, in the afternoon, i was coughing like it was going out of fashion & i started to get a headache. by the time it was almost five o'clock (time to go home) it was pretty bad so i decided to leave a little bit early. i didn't have any headache tablets with me & after an hour long drive home i felt like my head was going to explode! i took some really strong headache tablets & went to bed almost straight away. woke up an hour later & it still hadn't gone so i took one more tablet. after that i slept for almost twelve hours. best sleep i've had in a long time. i must have really needed it.
