two computers - 05:00 PM
last night shroom brought home a computer from work. he'll be doing after hours support from home & since i have to work from home too he needs his own computer to do his stuff on. he stayed up pretty late last night (playing unreal tournament of course) so while he had a big sleep in this morning i changed around the computer room & the spare room since there's two computers now & we need the extra room for the second one. the computer desk is really big & is very difficult to move from room to room (especially by myself) so i took it apart & carried it into the other room piece by piece. it took quite a while to move everything from one room to the other but it was worth it because shroomie-boy got quite a surprise when he woke up!
so we've been sitting side by side in our new computer room all day playing with our various projects (me) or games (shroom). it's been really good! we've been hassling each other heaps too, but in a fun way. before, if one of us was using the computer the other one had to do something boring like watch tv or something, but now we get to spend time together while we work or play. it's great!
