domain name - 06:30 PM
guess what .. i'm getting my own domain name!!! yay!! i'm so excited about it. it'll be www.ferrousland.com when it comes through. wow. how cool is that going to be? i'm not having the site hosted anywhere (although with the practically nil traffic (where have you all gone?) & mostly text it wouldn't cost a lot anyway), it's a redirection url (like the current .cjb.net one) but it's a proper 'dot-com' name. i could have gone with www.ferrousangel.com but i actually already registered that name with some free service thing that puts a huge frame at the bottom that takes up about a third of the screen space, worse than xoom. i figure that www.ferrousland.com is more appropriate anyway since this is ferrousland. when i get really good at the web developing thing i can get it back (since it's registered in my name) & use that as a site to say how great i am (hee hee) & for people to contact me in regard to web development. cool! it takes about three days apparently so i'll let you all know as soon as i know more. yay!
