the diet continues - 07:15 AM
shroom has started the diet with me, yay! we get to suffer together! .. hehe 
no, really, it means that we can eat the same meals & support each other while we try to be strong enough to stick to it. i've been pretty good so far, i've only had the tiniest morsels of things that aren't included in the diet & then only one every couple of days. there's so much fruit included in this food that's provided. damn, there's so much fruit! i'm not used to eating so much of it. i've never been a big fruit eater. i guess it won't hurt. it hasn't yet anyway.
yesterday was the end of the first week. today is the beginning of the second week for me & the first week for my sweetheart. pats on the back all around, i think!
