some things i love about my baby boy - 07:12 PM

a small list of some of the things i love about my darling baby boy:

• the really expressive faces he makes when he has air in his belly.
  
• his gorgous little pout when he's upset.
  
• the way he squirms when he's almost ready to wake up.
  
• the way he throws his head around when he's getting frustrated trying to get on the boob which makes it harder for him to actually get on the boob.
  
• the frustrated growly noises he makes when he's not able to get on the boob because he's throwing his head around. "erhngg! erhngg!"
  
• the "egh! egh! egh!" noise he makes when he's hungry.
  
• his soft skin.
  
• his beautiful face.
  
• his little rose bud lips.
  
• the way the inside of his lips go all soft & white where they've been soaking up breast milk.
  
• the way he goes all floppy when he's fast asleep.
  
• being able to make him do funny things with his arms & legs about when he goes all floppy.
  
• the way he sleeps through me moving his chin & bottom lip while i say silly things to make him 'talk'.
  
• him learning how to play 'where's riley?' when i throw a towel over his head.
  
• him figuring out how to move his arms to get the towel off his head & looking really pleased when he managaes it.
  
• the way he waves his arms around in the air with absolutely no regard for his hands or his face or even when the two meet.
  
• the way he's begun to not just eat, sleep & poo now, but to have some play time as well.
  
• the funny little hand positions he makes while he's feeding.
  
• the way he kicks just one leg constantly when he's getting fussy.
  
• how he looks like a little angel when he's sleeping.
