wow, i must have really needed one nutrient or another that was in the meat & vegetable filo things which i made for dinner tonight. i ate one, then went back for two more over the space of about an hour. considering how i usually can't eat large meals these days, what with rudegere progressively cramming my stomach into a smaller & smaller space, i did really well.
then again, maybe i just have worms .. i think i'm feeling hungry again.
