audible .. kind of - 11:21 PM

has anyone (& by 'anyone', i mean women who've been pregnant before) ever noticed that when the baby moves & thumps around in there, that it's almost audible? before you call me crazy, there's no actual sound, as such, but it kind of reverberates through me so that i feel as though i can somehow 'hear' the movement as it happens. it's a very odd sensation.

I remember hearing a small "thud" or "thump", especially with the first child. I thought I had to be imagining it, but it is possible for the sound waves to travel to our own ears I suppose. DJ would place his head on my belly and hear it, really freaked him out. LOL

Pregnant ladies feel very connected to their babies. Well, of course they ARE connected, but I mean mentally and spiritually. I use to talk to my babies and I really think they knew what I was saying - certainly could sense my moods. I am sure of it. Did you know there are studies that show that unborn children actually learn? So those moms who always toured museums and such knew instictively that their babies would learn. WOW!

even though my baby is now 14, i still remember like it was yesterday how being pregnant was a "wierd" experience, you are more connected with your child at those moments , than ever you will be again...it was more like a swishing sound, if i remember correctlly; cool isnt it....
