i'm about to head out to do aqua aerobics for the first time today. i'm not totally unfit, but i could definitely do with a slightly higher level of fitness. i want to make sure that i'm in a bit better shape for when the baby comes. they say that the fitter you are, the easier labour can be for you & the shorter the recovery time afterwards. i'm keen for that, so aqua aerobics it is! should be good. nice & low impact.
now to finish my brekky quickly before i go ..

Yep, they don't call it 'labor' for nothing - do everything you can to get toned, it really will make a difference later.
