they reckon that pregnancy can bring on carpal tunnel syndrome in a lot of women. i reckon i've got a mild case of it. it helps when i wave my fingers about (& look like a big dork in the process), the blood seems to flow back into my fingers fairly quickly. it only seems to get me when i'm driving or in the mornings if (perhaps?) i've been sleeping with my hand under the pillow. it's very mild though, & is only causing tingles, no pain, so i'm fortunate there.

i can tell i did some exercise yesterday. i've woken up with my muscles feeling it today. once i'm doing the aqua aerobics regularly (i plan to go three times a week), i'll feel the benefits instead of feeling sore.
