mcgarnicle is lying on the chair down here looking remarkably comfortable but has groaned long & loud three times in the space of about ten minutes as though he has the weight of the world on his shoulders.
it's a tough life as a dog when you've got a whole moran recliner to yourself.

shroom seems to have this freaky ability to know exactly when my bladder is full & goes to use the loo precisely 1.2 picoseconds before i decide that i need to go too.
.. i really hate that.

is rudegere being cheeky even before he's born? he'll float around in there, kicking my insides gently (so far) right up until i put my hand on my belly to feel him from the outside. i'm sure he beats around in there until he feels my hand & then sits reeeaally still thinking a cheeky little "hehehe" inside his baby head ..

i went to aqua aerobics again this morning, second time. this time we had a lady instructor & the group was much larger, perhaps twenty. still all women, but there was a much broader age range.
the lady worked us a lot harder than the guy did on wednesday & she did it from the edge of the pool rather than in the pool. we did a lot of work with our feet off the bottom, so if you don't hear from me at all tomorrow, it's because my arms are so sore i can't lift them to my keyboard .. lol!
