the three bedroom place - 05:33 PM

we just made a verbal offer on the three bedroom place i looked at the other day, which shroom looked at with me this afternoon. he's going to get organised with the contract etc & call us back. he accepted our verbal offer, though, so it's all go from here with all the official stuff.

i drove with shroom from work & it took exactly half an hour to get there, which is exactly the same driving time to get to the place we're in now, but less traffic. there is a main road kind of over the hill from the place we want to buy, but it's a kind of out of the way main road, not an actual main road, if you know what i mean.

i'm beginning to get a little bit excited.
