we're both going to be tired today. we went to bed quite early last night, but lay there not able to sleep because we had exciting thoughts of our new house going around our heads. we ended up talking about our house & possible plans for it until about 1am .. lol!

not really. we're just organising the finance & a solicitor & all that kind of stuff. basically, the house is ours, barring some terrible thing like the building inspection showing up major problems, which we don't expect.
