my enjo lady is good to me. the most recent enjo products i've bought are the kitchen maid & a product called marble paste (there's no link for it on their site) which is a more environmentally friendly replacement for jiff or ajax, the pasty white stuff which is a fine abrasive good for cleaning the sink or the stove or other hard &/or shiny surfaces which may require a bit more attention.
i guess that since i've been buying things regularly (i also have the micro star, the kitchen glove, the allpurpose cloth, the bathroom glove & the garage glove) she decided to give me a free enjo spray bottle. in the past she's included some useful little promotional products too, a desk calendar & today, a small notepad. i love free stuff.

i'm such a good girl. i was just at the supermarket getting some stuff for dinner & i saw that they had some reusable bags for sale, so i bought one. these are the best ones i've seen yet. they have a flat piece of plastic at the bottom to give the bag a solid base. the checkout chick packed the few items i'd bought into the bag & i carried it away with me. by the time i'd reached the car & put my stuff inside i was so happy with the bag that i went back to get another one.
as i went through the checkout with just the second bag, i commented on what a good bag it was. then i said, "can you put it in a bag for me?" fortunately, she got the joke & laughed, rather than thinking i was just a big dork.
so now all i have to do is make sure that i remember to carry them with me the next time i go to the shops. i plan to keep them in the car, for those occasions when i end up going to the shops on the way home from somewhere else.
they actually have the words "green bag" on the front & back with a line drawing of a gum leaf &, of course, they're green. they have coles & bi-lo branding on the sides of the bags, but i don't care, i'll use them wherever i happen to shop.
they're really solid bags. i'm going to get some good use out of them.

turns out i got a huge discount when i paid for ten classes of aqua aerobics all at once. i asked for ten passes for the pool. they assumed i meant swimming laps (bleah, i would never do that), i assumed they knew that i meant aqua aerobics or would have at least asked me which i wanted. ten classes of aqua aerobics is actually $80, not $34 as i was charged. i did think it was rather a good discounted rate considering that one class is $10 .. *chuckle* .. so now i've bought ten more at the right price.
