well, it seems to be all good. i've now done three loads (when i say 'i', i actually only did one yesterday, sue did two today) with the balls. nothing smells bad, dirt has come out. my aunty has been using them for years so i guess she'd know by now if they weren't working, & from what i can tell they did a great job.

speaking of smell, the clothes smell of nothing. usually they'll smell like laundry detergent or soap or something (which means that there's soap left in there which has got to be bad for you on some level) but since these don't use soap the clothes smell of nothing at all.

there are actually two different fragrances which you can buy, but i figure why add crap to the clothes that you don't need, so i chose the variety with no added fragrance.
