rudegere must be doing some serious bone-growing lately. my fingernails are in the absolute worst condition they've ever been in. they seem to start falling apart if you even look at them too hard .. & this is while i'm taking calcium supplements! don't get me wrong, i'm not complaining, he can have all the calcium from me that he needs, it's simply an observation.
