rudegere must be doing some serious bone-growing lately. my fingernails are in the absolute worst condition they've ever been in. they seem to start falling apart if you even look at them too hard .. & this is while i'm taking calcium supplements! don't get me wrong, i'm not complaining, he can have all the calcium from me that he needs, it's simply an observation.

over the past couple of days or so i've added a few new links to the resources category of the links section. the links section is the only one in which the newest items are added to the bottom rather than the top of the page, so just scroll down to see the newest ones. alternatively, you can review the full list in the menu of each links category under 'all links in this category'.
