it's seems i'm coming into the third trimester tiredness which has been mentioned in various things which i've read about pregnancy. at 10:30 this morning i lay down on the couch for a quick nap because my eyes were feeling quite heavy & i woke up one & a half hours later!
i'm not one of these people that can fall asleep just by willing myself to. i can only do so if i really need the sleep, so i guess i must have needed it.
