i've just posted a new link under two categories of the links section: resources & environment since it kind of covers both. the site is called ozenappy & the lady who put the info together has done a great service to those who aren't sure which way to go on the nappy issue. bless you, ozenappy lady.

Thanks for the link on cloth nappies. We do cloth most of the time but it's handy to get some tips about it still.

Yeah, In Japan they had "funny" cloth nappies too, actually their disposable's were also "funny".You should look into how much Nappy services cost. I think theres one called "the brisbane nappy service" funnily enough.Acutally the Japanese cloth nappies were alot less towel like, just plain soft cheese cloth style material.

some babie literally spit the dummy!.They arn't interested in them at first so it may take a couple of goes to get Rudegere interested if you do deceide to try one. It's like cigarettes, they get really addicted to them after awhile, every now and then you'll see a 3 or 4 yr old who still has one and refuses to give it up, thats when you accidently drop it in the toilet and flush.

cloth nappies are not that much extra work.some people have probs with nappy rash, but that's probably coz they aren't changeing them as frequently as they should.See you can get away with leaving a nappy that has urine in it for longer if using disposables coz they absorb and hold. What's your opinion on dummies/pacifiers?
