my cold is still hanging in there a bit, although i'm not feeling sick as such, which is good. i'm having a coughing fit here & there & my throat is a bit dry, as well as having the obligatory mucus factory running overtime. i'm not having to blow my nose because of constant running or anything, instead it just kind of builds up back there until i'm suddenly all blocked up & i have to get rid of it somehow. where does all this mucus come from & why does it keep coming to me?
okay, that was probably too much information. sorry about that .. 
ok quick fix when one side of the nose is blocked at night....you sleep on the opposite side.. thus the blocked side will clear...works everytime
