since i've had this cold or flu thing, whatever it is, all i've wanted to eat is fruit (bananas, kiwi fruit & strawberries), honey, & crumpets with butter & honey on them. all i've wanted to drink is chocolate milk. i know that milk is supposed to be avoided when you have a cold, but truthfully, about the only time i ever crave milk is when i have a cold. i figure my body is telling me something, so i usually end up having some anyway.
i happened to be craving chocolate milk over the last two weeks or so anyway, before i developed the symptoms of the cold, but the cold has made me want it even more. we've gone through more than three litres of milk since wednesday, which for us is a fair bit (especially considering that shroom only has milk with, on average, two cups of hot chocolate per day made on water, not totally milk) & would probably be a new milk record.
