scaring strangers - 07:55 PM

i went to the bakery today to get some bread (as you do) & there was a guy standing near me waiting to be served. i almost gave the poor guy a heart attack when rudegere tried to poke a hole through my belly, as he's been doing lately, & i exclaimed out loud, "ouch!" & put my hand on my stomach. he looked across at me with wide eyes & asked almost in a panic, "are you okay?!" i think he might have been wondering if he was going to have to help me deliver the baby right there on the bakery floor or something. the poor bugger .. rotfl! *chuckle*
