three things which i've come across just recently which amused me no end:

  1. a company called 'hiscock transport services'. i'm sure hiscock is someone's name & has a long, respectable history, but i still thought it was pretty darn funny.
  2. the local firestation master's name is bernie. really. it is.
  3. we got four new tyres fitted to the car today at beaurepairs at beaudesert, by a guy called beau.
