i've just woken up from a short nap, but i'm still tired. it would have been a much more decent sleep if my damn hands didn't go numb, tingly & ache every time they're not in the absolute perfect up/down, side to side, & wrist position. bloody carpal tunnel. i could say this for almost every sleep which i've had since now & about three months ago. *pout*

one of the girls at my work had it quite badly during her pregnancy as well, particularly towards the end. She did data entry & literally had to drop her hrs because the added pain she got from typing was too much. She tried various things like dencorub, mittens to keep her hands warm, etc, ect but the only thing that fixed it in the end was giving birth!!
