i think riley's going to be quite strong. i'm fairly stocky myself, not only for a girl, but for a girl of my height (five foot nothing) & shroom is quite muscley. he has very strong shoulders & neck, in fact, he's large enough around that area that many shirts just won't fit him right.
from day one, i noticed that riley has been able to hold his own head up for short amounts of time. they reckon that he shouldn't be able to do that until one or two months old. of course, every mother likes to think that their child is extra special in one way or another, but even the lady next door noticed how strong his neck is too, without me mentioning it.
Baby boys are such fun. You can kind of play with them at a much earlier age than with little girls. Baby boys like a little gentle rough-housing. I remember I use to put my head on his tummy and sort of move my head and hair all over him and he would giggle and bounce about and really get into the "play thing". My baby girls were easily frightened, so it wasn't as easy to really "play" with them as babies. Riley will be lots of fun!!!!
