the grass around here is amazing. after just an hour or so of a solid rain storm last night, the grass has gone from very brown to green, overnight. it's not bright green, but it's green again, none-the-less.

when i lived in guantanamo bay it was like that. the area is a desert and when it rains its spring for a few days. then back to brown.

ours has too. we just mowed it the other day but i think that it's grown again after the storm and it will need mowing again already!
