there's been an ad for mcleod's daughters on tv advertising the episode which is on tonight. it showed two girls in a car singing 'the wheels on the bus' to try to distract the crying baby in the back seat. in the next shot they've lost control of the vehicle & it goes over a cliff, then the sound of a very upset baby is played. when i saw it yesterday i burst into tears immediately & hugged riley tight. when i've seen it more times since i've had to change the channel or look away & sing loudly, "la la la la la laa!" so i couldn't hear the baby cry at the end of the ad.
Actually I just checked the site, without reading too much, and saw you are 3-4 episodes ahead of us. So no more telling me anything!
when i first saw that ad i had to turn the tv off straight away. it sounded so sad
well, you could take the sound of the baby crying as a good sign. that it isn't ... well.
hmm. i was trying to maybe make it not so sad.
So I'm guessing that's one TV show you don't intend watching this week...
I actually watched the episode and have written a post about how annoyed I am, how silly to be annoyed about a TV show!
