i've added to the about the baby section telling what bits of riley i've figured have come from shroom or myself. i'll add to it as i notice more things.

there's been an ad for mcleod's daughters on tv advertising the episode which is on tonight. it showed two girls in a car singing 'the wheels on the bus' to try to distract the crying baby in the back seat. in the next shot they've lost control of the vehicle & it goes over a cliff, then the sound of a very upset baby is played. when i saw it yesterday i burst into tears immediately & hugged riley tight. when i've seen it more times since i've had to change the channel or look away & sing loudly, "la la la la la laa!" so i couldn't hear the baby cry at the end of the ad.

riley & i are going to have some visitors today. my friend martelle & her newest little girl, madeleine, who is (i think) twenty weeks old. i haven't met madeleine yet, so i'm looking forward to seeing her. martelle was nice enough to bring a whole bag full of very small baby clothes to the hospital when i had riley. just as well too, because we didn't have any clothing that would have fit him. we would have had to take him home naked otherwise. lol!
