riley managed to let me sleep in for about an hour & a half this morning. he's kind of awake now, but has settled down again for who knows how long. i just left the room to go to the toilet & have come back to find that he had a small spew, put the side of head in it, then settled down again with his head the other way, so now he has vomit all over his ear. he's asleep though, so i don't want to wake him by wiping it off. gah! gross! rotfl!

i keep looking over there, desperately wanting to clean up the side of his head, but the desire to have my hands free for a few more minutes is stronger .. only just stronger ..

surely a mother's gentle touch won't wake him. of course, the last time i had spew stuck all over me it was due to over indulgences of nature's other natural sustenance......beer.

that`s the beauty of sleep for you, you can be totally unaware of the things around you. He`ll be fine, a bit of vomit never hurt anybody!. Why it was only the other day that I spray painted myself and my floor with some!!.
