angela suggested using some bepanthen on my nipple. i happen to have a sample tube of it, which was in one of the many sample bags etc which i've collected, so i've put some on. it seems to be soothing it a bit already. let's hope it does the trick.

well there isnt much you can put on there, since Riley will be sucking whatever you put on there off, and some stuff isnt good for him, but there is something you can use, thats baby friendly...its been so long(15 yrs.) i forget what i used, im sure i have it wrote doen somewhere, but thats another story finding the box its in...LOL
