i have a headache which i've had since about midday yesterday. i took something for it in the afternoon but it's still hanging around. stupid thing. it's probably from being over-tired, since riley & i have had quite a number of very busy days all in a row.

just take a few days to relax, whit riley. enjoy the days, the nice weather and do as little as possible *smile* give yourself a little break. it was a busy year for you *smile*

if you have the a/c on it may be from being cooped up with no fresh air. its happened to me. try sitting outside with a cool damp rag on your neck for a bit.
