no rest for the wicked - 04:34 PM

damn it. i was trying to have a rest earlier, but smiley was unsettled, so that was no go. then i had to answer the phone to sort out some isp issues we've been having. now i'm waiting for my mum to call back about coming for a visit tomorrow or wednesday, as well as for someone else to call me back after i left a message on their machine, so if i do go back to bed, i'll bet that the phone rings. i have stome stuff to do anyway, so even if i did go to bed & the phone didn't ring, i'd probably just lie there thinking about the things i have to do rather than being able to sleep.

i must have an early night tonight.
