smiley's asleep in his bassinette on the couch near me & mcgarnicle keeps checking on him every fifteen minutes or so by going over there & poking his nose over the top of it. it's very cute.

smiley has a waterproof mat under his bouncy seat to catch stray vomit that goes straight through the crocheted cover & would otherwise land on the carpet. mcgarnicle is helping to keep it clean by licking off dry bits of said vomit. mmm. yum.

one of the ladies in my enjo team dropped around my pack of stuff yesterday to get me started. as well as a training manual & some packs for the lovely people who will be my first six to ten (or more) hosts for demos, it included a day-timer organiser. shroom's mum is the first one to set a date for a demo, so i've just put my first demo into my diary. how exciting! one down, nine to go ..

almost every morning when shroom leaves for work, i stand on the couch with smiley on my raised knee & we look out the window. i make smiley wave his arm & say, "bye bye, daddy! love you, daddy!" as shroom drives out of the driveway & away down the street. it gets a big smile from daddy every single time.
