he's asleep! i ended up putting him into his cot in his room where it's nice & dark. he squirmed around for a bit but finally fell asleep half on his side with his arms & legs all askew from falling asleep mid-squirm. heh.

tomorrow is my first day of enjo training. i'm really looking forward to it .. especially since it was meant to happen a month ago.
i didn't reach my goal of ten demos, i have only nine so far, but let's hope i'll pick up another demo to fit in before the end of february from the ones which i'll be doing this month. it's cutting it a bit close though. i really need to get the tenth one so that my day planner thing will be free. not only that, but i want to reach the goal i set for myself.
so now (if smiley will let me), i'm going to do some more of the reading i have to do to prepare for the first day. wish me luck! 
not sleeping today - 07:33 PM

i went into work with shroom this morning (he's been doing a day or two here & there at his old workplace) to sort out an issue with the intranet (which i built). the intranet fixes took only a short time, so we'd left smiley at shroom's mum & dad's place while i did that & then i came back to spend the afternoon there until shroom was done.
smiley had about half an hour sleep while i was gone, then perhaps another ten minutes in the afternoon. since then, the only other sleep he's had was the forty minute trip home .. & he's still not asleep now! i can't believe he's not tired yet. he's been feeding like a champion at least, so let's hope he sleeps well tonight.

every now & then when riley is on his play mat, mcgarnicle will place his ball beside it, waiting, i guess, for riley to throw it for him. rotfl!!
