smiley chucked his first tiny tantrum today. what i mean is that something he wanted (as opposed to something he needed) was taken away from him & he got all upset & started kicking his legs & crying. he was playing with the butcher's paper that was wrapped around some fish & chips, scrunching it up in his hands & trying to eat it. it was getting rather soft, so i took it off him to give him a dry bit (to avoid him actually eating the soggy bits) & he didn't like it at all! as soon as i gave him the new bit he was happy again.
it was rather amusing, although i imagine when it happens when he's a bit older & he throws a bigger tantrum, it'll be less amusing. heh.

a couple of days ago, i had a tiny mole removed from my breast. above & below the single stitch i now have two small stretch marks. like i need more stretch marks on my boobs.

almost every morning, riley wakes up with a big smile. i must be the luckiest mummy in the world.
