when i went to court yesterday, i forgot to ask for my copies of the documentation i brought with me, such as the welcome letter from enjo on becoming a consultant. that was the item i wanted the most, since i'm enjoying it so much & feel proud to be a consultant.
i was going to ring them today to ask about getting the documentation, but i just checked the mail box & they must have mailed it immediately because there it was! that was very quick. happy about that.

i wish our civil service were as efficient. they lost my wife's original birth certificate and really didn't care. it can't be replaced. she got her citizenship certificate back from an agent with a million staple holes in it (she cried for days).
