smiley seems very proud of himself these days when he not only pulls himself up into a standing position on anything that can hold his weight, but now he's holding one hand out with a flourish & a grin as if to show how clever he is that he can hold on with only one hand. it's very cute.

A parenting co-worker mentioned today (not quite coincedental 
) that an early stander-uper's legs do have to be strong too.
But we'll just see how R does. Looks like he'll be doing pushups a lot
