floor sucking - 06:11 PM

smiley just took off at a fast crawl as though he had some urgent business to attend to in the kitchen, so i followed quietly behind him. as i rounded the corner i heard slurping noises & found him prostrated on the floor, sucking loudly on the lino. strange kid. rotfl!! *chuckle*

good sleep finally - 04:10 PM

smiley just had a two & a half hour sleep. finally! that's the best day time sleep he's had in about a week. i manged to sleep beside him for almost that whole time, too. *ahhhhhh* much better. *smile*

sitting & standing - 01:03 PM

for about three or four days now, smiley's been able to lower himself up & down from a sitting position. previously if he was standing up & wanted to sit, he'd simply drop onto his bottom, but his legs are stronger now, i guess. he doesn't need to pull himself up to a standing position now by hanging onto something, either, he can simply lean both hands against something, such as a wall or a door for support, & stand up.
