thirty-two - 12:08 PM
can you beleive that i'm turning thirty-two in four days? i can't. in fact, i even keep forgetting that my birthday is coming up. the first i thought about it was when mum called me last week to ask if there was anything in particular i'd like for my birthday. it kind of surprised me that she was asking because i had no idea that it was that close.
yesterday i was thinking about our friends & how they'd ask if i was going to have a party for my birthday & i thought, "nah, we had one last year. maybe i'll wait until one that's a bit more of a milestone, like thirty-five."
then i got a big shock realising that in just three years i'll be thirty-five! thirty-five is practically forty. i can't be pushing forty! i don't even feel as though i've left my twenties yet! how did i suddenly get to this age without realising it?
wow man, that's come up rather quickly.
believe it or not, i'm 20 in 3 months and mikaela JUST TURNED 10!!
it's all happening too fast!
*hugs* Please counsel me through this stage when I get to it!
about 3 months i'll be 35
thanks for reminding me my wifes bd is the same day as yours. HAPPY BIRTHDAY
aaaah, thirty-two. The twins were three, Ashley was one and I was living on the Sunshine Coast. There are benefits to age and time you know. You get to look back and thank the Gods you survived it all.
Hmmm, yes. I dare say forgetting one's own birthday is self-preservation. Especially since grey and white have recently entered my life (and scalp)
Oh well
Yes, I can remember the first day I met you - I was 22 and couldn't believe it when you where actually older than me, because you looked so young! Now you're about to turn 32 so that means I'm about to turn 30! eeek! I figure the only way to cope for me is to have a massive party, probably in mid June, but I will let you know. Anyone else in Sydney in June is welcome to come too!
