cold, round 2 - 04:27 AM

i think smiley & i are suffering from yet another cold. i thought we were just getting over the last one! i did notice that he was getting really snotty all over again after he seemed to be better, but i wondered if it was just a hangover from the previous cold.
i was on the phone to tosca this evening when i got all blocked up over the space of about five minutes. i thought perhaps it was something in the air getting to me, although i was curious as to what that would be since none of the windows or doors were open.
now my nose is running something chronic & my throat is a bit dry. bummer. you know, i wish that i would get these things first & then smiley, instead of me catching them from him (as seems to be the case these last two times), because if it was me first, at least he'd get the antibodies to the cold via my breastmilk. oh well, he seems to be coping fine anyway, aside from some really juicy sneezes.
so yeah .. that's why i'm up at this time of the morning.
