well, an approximation of reading, anyway. he has a little wooden book in the shape of a pig which i read to him relatively often & he's sitting there with it, turning the pages one (sort of) by one. gorgeous.

wait a minute, i still read those. anyway, i have been told that reading to tots (particularily nursery rhymes) helps them with speech development. so read away real mom.
