when i've been talking to my sister lately, she's been telling me about her new kettle (she was so pleased with it that she mentioned it twice in two phone calls). just previous to her telling me about it, i was looking at our own kettle & thinking that it was looking a bit shabby. since mum gave me $50 for my birthday the other day it didn't take much to convince me to spend it on a new kettle for us, too. i got this one in the shiny finish, not brushed. i love shiny chrome. mmmm, shiny. 
now to get rid of our crappy old toaster .. hehehe. 
Oh, nothing like shopping to make ones day! And that toaster is next! Must have many pretty, shiney things in the kitchen...Always!
