honestly, they really should make a baby toy that is made up entirely of tags. that's the first thing babies go for on any toy, nappy, towel, clothes, bag .. you name it. if it's got a tag, he finds it.

They do make taggy toys other than animals, some are just pillows with tags on. Wouldn't be hard to duplicate if you've got a little bit of sewing skill.

When my 5 year old was a baby, she had a little stuffed lion with a mane made of tags. She loved it.
