according to spamcop's page here i'll only be blacklisted for forty-eight hours if the supposed spam doesn't continue.

I understand your problem with spoofing from spammers. The culprits are somewhere in the Asian countries. They scan various websites for address books that are "open" (as your's might be for some reason or other). They will add their own address on your domain and leave you holding the bag as a spammer. Check with your domain provider (or ISP that handles your domain)to see if such a thing happened with you. Then it's delete the maltruant addon and lock the address book.
