i've got three more gmail invites! this is the second lot of invitations. i've already given one to my cousin beck, so i have two more to give out.

don't you hate it when the bread was frozen into a funny position & so when you put it into the toaster only half of it will fit into the slot? i'm having to cook it in two shifts.
.. & the first half of it just got burned. bummer.

i forgot to mention the other latest development. he can't stand on his own (i.e. not hanging onto anything at all) for long periods yet, but yesterday he did it for about three full seconds, the longest i've seen him do it. my clever little chicken.

smiley, the cutest baby boy in the whole wide world®, has been able to walk along beside furniture for ages now & has more & more been very cleverly holding on ever so lightly with just one hand as he does his walking trick. he can now hold onto just one of mummy or daddy's hands & walk along too, even if it is a little bit more wobbly than when he's holding onto something more solid.
