today, smiley has been standing on his own, quite steady, for longer & longer periods. the longest so far has been about five full seconds. he's getting so much better at it! my clever little boy.

It's amazing. We spend the first two years of our children's lives teaching them to walk and talk, and the rest of their lives telling them to sit down and shut up.

Clever little duckie! He's very ahead for his age Corri, you must be feeding him the Right Stuff. Alia is a month older (just turned 10 months) and she is only standing unaided in the past week, although she's been cruising holding onto furniture for ages. Yet the health nurse told me yesterday how early she was doing things / how advanced she was, so Smiley must be world champion at gross motor development by comparison!!
