smiley can clap! well, he can make the hand motions for clapping. there's no actual sound yet .. unless it's the sound of one hand clapping.
he was sitting on daddy's lap while they were playing with mcgarnicle & he must have found it fun or exciting enough to clap about it.

smiley just found, on the arm of the couch, the (fortunately empty) mug which shroom's dad used when he & shroom's mum were here for a visit earlier today. he's holding it to his mouth & trying to drink from it. it's very, very cute.

good news. the car's not broken after all. it was just a transmission fluid thing going on. it's all good.

poo. the car's broken. hate it when that happens. it won't go into gear. we'll call racq tomorrow to see if they can fix it & if not, then we'll get it towed down the road to get looked at.
