smiley seems to have a pretty good sense of humour. he's sitting on my lap right now & was just building up to a sneeze. i could see his nostrils flaring & his face getting ready, so i copied him & then pretended to sneeze at the same time. i thought he was going to sneeze again, so i repeated the same facial expressions. he watched me with an amused smile on his face. funny little kid. 
his latest fun thing to do with daddy is to ride on his wheeled office chair while daddy pushes it up & down the hall & the dog chases them both. as he gets older & we can be sure he'll hold on tight, i imagine they'll go faster & faster.
last night, shroom & i were talking about how people say your life is so totally different once you have children. it certainly is. it's not as free & easy as it was, but it's certainly a lot more fun!
The childless, free and easy lifestyle can end in loneliness in some cases. I have relatives that refuse to be parents, and I respect their decision. At the same time, I feel sorry that they'll miss what you've discovered with Riley. Children make life complete, eh?
Get the chair game on video. Ten years from now you'll enjoy watching it so much!
