getting off the bed - 08:18 AM

i've been teaching smiley how to get off the bed in the safest way possible by rolling onto his tummy & then lowering his legs down bit by bit while hanging on with his arms until his feet touch the ground. he just did it now all by himself. well, i did hang onto his arms a little bit just in case he lost his grip, but he initiated it, turned around & lowered his legs all by himself.
my clever little boy. 
.. *sigh* he's growing up so fast.
