smiley & i arrived safely last night in melbourne at about midnight local time. they're an hour ahead of queensland since they currently have daylight savings.
i almost didn't make the flight last night! i double checked the itinery at about 4:15pm yesterday & saw that it said the flight left at 20:25. when i first looked at that time when i booked the flight, i mistakenly translated it to the 12 hour clock as 10:25pm. i rang shroom quickly at work & asked, "what's 20:25 in real time?" when he told me it was actually 8:25pm (which i knew but in my busy-ness was still kind of confused about) he rushed home, i threw the last few things i needed into my case & we left within half an hour.
phew!!
Hello - I hear the weather is crazy in Melbourne at the moment. Like yesterday being the coldest Melbourne February day recorded, and highest february rainfall recorded....

2025 is real time lol. its easy, if its more that 12 subtract 12; e.g. 1300 is 13 -12 = 1. 2025 is 20 - 12 = 8 or 8:25. think that's hard, try living on a ship when its bells instead of time.
