have you got anything to help him feel better? sounds like he could really use something if he's thrown up on all his shirts. i recall stephanie having the spew that's mostly phlegm when she was around 1, it's not nice..

if he drinks milk and will keep it down then let him have it - it's better than having nothing! diluted fruit juice is also good, if it will stay in. just try to make him take one sip at a time, slowly, so as to avoid overloading his tummy and that helps to keep it down, i have found. that applies to any drink though really small dry biscuits like saos or other crackery type ones are also good for nibbling on very slowly coz they help soak up all the yucky stuff in the tummy so it's less likely to come out. i think actually the small amounts and slowly is the most important part, from my experience of stephanie's past illnesses. you probably have some idea of that yourself anyway but i thought it might help ..

I hope he's feeling better soon. if he's still like this tomorrow, I think I'd be wanting to take him to the doctors and a e-kiss from me too.

doctor visit is a good idea if it persists into today. i hope its not pneumonia.
